We have a proven track record of success in Washington.    We have been working with leadership of both parties - on Capitol Hill and  in the Administration for many years.  We have worked in the House of Representatives, the Senate, and Federal Agencies.  We have been on both "sides of the aisle".  We have studied and lived the process:  from the governmental side, the academic side and private practice.

Our success comes from knowing the players, knowing the process, and knowing the technical subject matter.

We are advocates:  exercising our clients' First Amendment rights to "petition the government".  As such, we have built a national reputation for skillfully:
