• We work with a leading patent research firm that does significant business with the U.S. Government.  PCT helps to maintain and manage the current contract while looking for ways to expand the work the firm does with the government.
• PCT has represented large technology companies involved in cases before the U.S. International Trade Commission.
• Working with a leading economic think-tank, PCT authored one of the first papers to analyze the impact of intellectual property protection on the development and deployment of clean technologies.  Later, working with a large trade association, PCT focused this expertise to explore the public policy environment for clean tech in India.
• PCT works with a major U.S. university to expand the educational work they do in China. 
• We are working with a large coalition of artists and organizations in the music community supporting the compensation of performers for radio play. PCT has played a role in lobbying Congress as well as developing and expanding of relationships with copyright experts, outreach to the broader legal community, outreach to aligned think tanks and with written materials.
• We worked with a coalition of media, consumer goods, software and manufacturing companies to craft a legislative strategy that resulted in the enactment of the Prioritizing Resources and Organization Act in 2008.
